WS POV Police arresting man / Tyler, Texas, USA<br /><br />Trooper Joe Hogue pulls over suspect on PCP and suspect resists arrest. Hogue was on his way home and saw the suspect driving very erradiacally. He was driving next to the suspect and the suspect jammed on his breaks to a complete stop. Hogue decided to pull the guy over and the suspect immediately jumped out of the car screaming, "My mom is the devil" and "I'm the son of David". When he was finally arrested - the kid refused to take a blood or a urine test.,PCP is a dissacciative drug that separates the mind from the body.
